WE TAKE COVID-19 SAFETY VERY SERIOUSLY
Crystal Clear recording studio STRICTLY enforces COVID-19 safety practices. The health and safety of our staff and our guests is the most important thing.
There will be no hugging, handshaking, or skin-to-skin contact with our staff but we are happy to see you so feel free to give us an "elbow bump"!
Please wear a cloth mask that covers your nose and face to your recording session. A mask is required at all times inside the recording studio unless you are isolated in the vocal booth. Anyone without a mask will be denied access.
What to Expect Upon Arrival
The door will be locked and guests will be greeted at the entrance for a contact-less temperature check.
Anyone with a temperature greater than 98.6°F will be denied access to Crystal Clear Studio.
Once you have been allowed access to the studio, hand washing for 20 seconds with soap will be encouraged.
What to Expect Inside the Recording Studio
Crystal Clear Studio has plenty of space to practice social distancing. We remain 6 feet apart from all guests and request that you remain 6 feet apart from us and each other when possible.
A mask must be worn during the entire recording session if it does not inhibit the ability to play your instrument.
All frequently touched surfaces including light switches, doorknobs, shared equipment, microphones, microphone covers, and shared instruments will be disinfected with an EPA-approved disinfectant (such as 70% isopropyl alcohol or a bleach-based solution) between every recording session.
The engineering room is isolated. You will not come in direct physical contact with the engineer after being let into the recording studio. A two-way talk-back microphone is used to communicate.
Our vocal booths are isolated. We only allow one person in the vocal booth at a time. We disinfect the equipment and microphones after every session. If more than one person is recording vocals, we disinfect the equipment and microphones between vocalists. Please make sure you book enough studio time to allow for the cleaning process when recording more than one vocalist.
Instruments and equipment in the live recording room are spaced 6 feet apart. We request that you keep them this way.
After Your Recording Session
We avoid hand-to-hand cash transactions. If the full time of your recording session was not pre-paid and there is a balance due, we will request a contactless payment with CashApp ($Crystalclearstudio).
If you are unable to make a contact-less payment, please make sure you tell the staff BEFORE you book the session so that we may accommodate your payment method.
